                   AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 6958, AS
                   AMENDED, KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE, SO AS
                   TO REMOVE CERTAIN CONDITIONS FROM ORDINANCE NO.
                   9998 ON A TRACT OF LAND LOCATED AT 6414 BONNY
                   OAKS DRIVE, BEING ON THE SOUTHEAST LINE OF
                   BONNY OAKS DRIVE AT AUSTIN DRIVE, SUBJECT TO
                   CERTAIN CONDITIONS.

              	   SECTION 1.  BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
         CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as
         amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is 
hereby
         amended so as to remove certain conditions from Ordinance No. 
9998
         on:
               
                A tract of land located at 6414 Bonny Oaks Drive,
                being on the southeast line of Bonny Oaks Drive at
                Austin Drive.  Lot 100, Austin Farms, Section 1, as
                shown by plat of record in plat book 16, page 48,
                ROHC; being the property described as Tract 1 in
                deed book 3810, page 439, ROHC.  Tax Map No.
                129M-A-1 (part).
               
               
              	   SECTION 2.  BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this 
Ordinance
         shall be subject to the following conditions:

              	   1.	Delete the existing screening requirements and
                        substitute the following:  A natural landscaped
                        screen shall be provided between the commercial 
and
                        residential development on the south side of the 

                        property complying with Article V, Section 
1024(7)
                        of the Zoning Ordinance.
        
              	   2.	All existing easements are retained.
        
        
              	   SECTION 3.  BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this 
Ordinance
         shall take effect two weeks from and after its passage, as
         required by law.
